Once the recruitment engagement is favorably discussed and mutually agreed and accepted, sourcing and generation of candidates which are carefully and thoroughly planned and coordinated immediately take place based on the client’s business/industry profile, specific types and categories and number of workers required and the salary package and other employment terms and work terms provided. Sourcing is done through the following means and channels to ensure generation of highly suitable candidates and for better and wider selection:
• Our database registry of applicants (manpower pool)
• Advertisement placements in the local newspapers (nationwide circulation)
• Headhunting and special search from industry associations and leading recruitment referral online portals/websites.
• Arrangements of Jobs Fair / Provincial Sourcing of applicants in coordination with local governments and instrumentalities in strategic regional locations nationwide
CVs of pre-screened candidates are forwarded to the client for review and final interview shortlisting. Client provides the names of their shortlisted candidates for us to organize the interview venue and scheduling including trade testing arrangements as may be necessary.
Once client decides to make the travel to the Philippines to personally meet the candidates, Filgulf will provide interview venue and clerical assistance to the delegates.
Offer of employment are extended to selected candidates based on client’s notice of offer authorization. Candidates that accept the offer are thereafter referred for pre-employment medical examinations.
Travel papers of candidates that pass the medical examinations are immediately processed and documents for visa securance are accomplished.
Pre Departure Orientation is conducted to all departing candidates to educate and familiarize them of the host country’s culture and traditions including the prevailing laws and regulations at work destination. Flight booking arrangement is done upon receipt of the Prepaid Ticket Advice (PTA) or E-ticket from the client and candidates are notified to prepare for their departure. Confirmed flight bookings are relayed to the client for airport reception.
Final dispatch briefing / dispatch of workers with the assistance and guidance of FILGULF’s airport liaison staff.
Processing is well coordinated and programmed to meet the client’s target mobilization dates of the workers. Regular communications and updates with clients are very important and essential factors in ensuring the most efficient and prompt delivery of services and timely departure of workers.
